Order Processing

  1. After placing an order, if the parcel is ready, it will be dispatched on the same day or the next working day.

  2. If the product is not ready at our facility, please allow 8–14 days for dispatch.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the product.

Tracking & Communication

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number.
You can track your shipment through our logistics partner using your order details.

Non-Business Days

No pick-ups are made on Sundays and public holidays, as logistics partners do not operate on those days.

Delivery typically takes 8–15 days from the dispatch date, depending on the destination.

Tariff & Additional Charges

Any applicable tariff or additional charges, if incurred, are payable by the customer.

Shipping Delays

  2. During such periods, refunds or returns will not be accepted.

  3. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered business days for delivery.

  4. Please enter your full address and a valid contact number while placing the order to avoid delays.

Additional Shipping Information

  1. We deliver to all serviceable postal addresses. Courier partners do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses, so kindly provide a complete street address with pin code.

  2. Our courier partners include FedEx, DTDC, Bluedart, Delhivery, India Post, Mahavir Express, XpressBees, Ecom Express, Amazon Couriers, and others. Most partners follow a 5-day work schedule; however, Saturday delivery may be arranged in certain cases at an additional cost.

  3. Deliveries are made during the regular business hours of courier companies, which may vary by location.

  4. If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately in different packages, depending on availability and safety considerations during transit.
